I’m still feeling warm and fuzzy from our family mini sessions held in November at Studio Boheme. For us, it’s like a reunion because we’ve known some of these couples and kiddos for years. It really is the perfect way to document special milestones like a new baby on the way, a toddler about to take their first steps, a teen heading into high school… the possibilities really are endless.

A Festive Winter Set from Sweet Bloom

This year, Tavia from Sweet Bloom Floral Design pulled out all of the stops and designed a beautiful winter set, rich in colour and fragrance. I left humming Christmas tunes and full of holiday spirit (and Christmas cookies).

Planning your Holiday Mini Sessions in 2026

We’re already planning ahead for 2026. Stay tuned to here and to Instagram for more details. For now, here’s what you need to know:

• Each 30-minute session includes 10 high-resolution images provided in an online gallery with full printing permissions.  Extra images available for purchase
• We can accommodate groups of up to 6
• Tavia from Sweet Bloom Floral Design will send you home with a seasonal offering
• We will provide you with a colour palette and wardrobe suggestions.

• Do coordinate your outfits but don’t be matchy-matchy.
• Choose colors that complement each other. Earthy tones like cream, chocolate, berry, indigo, mustard, rust, forest green would look great in this set.
• Avoid clothing with busy patterns or logos.
