It’s no secret that I have a healthy appreciation for all things vintage.  A Vintage Affair is a beautiful boutique on 11th Ave SW, filled with vintage curiosities and the ideal place to find unique gifts for your bridesmaids.  Together with the owners, Bonnie and Theresa, we selected several pretty possibilities.

A Vintage Affair has a stunning selection of rhinestone brooches.  If your ladies like to blend the old with the new, a vintage brooch makes a statement paired with a blazer, a graphic print dress or a denim jacket.  You could even dress up a simple handbag by adding some vintage sparkle.

Gift ideas for wedding party

When the wedding day arrives, your bridesmaids will need a clutch or handbag to carry a few essentials like lipstick and tissues.  Why not gift each girl with a beaded bag to compliment their ensemble?  I was drawn to the pearl detailing in these purses, but A Vintage Affair has a wide variety ranging from tapestry to silk.

Pretty and practical, a vintage compact is sure to come in handy before and during photographs.  After all, your friends will want to be sure they look their best.  The clock compact, with its custom engraving, is a new arrival to the shop.  I love a gift with a history.
