What dessert could be more perfect for a Kate Spade wedding than a macaron? They are pretty, melt-in-your-mouth and completely delectable. There is no better place to find Calgary macarons than Yann Haute Patisserie, located in Mission. Last week I met with Yann Haute Patisserie in preparation for the upcoming Pop-up Wedding. And if you’re wondering, yes, I did have a taste test!
About Yann Haute Patisserie
Professional Pastry Chef Yann was literally a “little bun in the oven” and grew up in his parent’s bakery/pastry shop until he left to study his passion in Paris. After 15 years of international experience working in shops, clubs, and hotels, Yann Blanchard now has his very own patisserie. Our team is made of people with great energy and from an amazing mix of backgrounds. All have a wonderful team spirit and have helped make Yann Haute Patisserie a place where it feels like working with family!
We believe in quality ingredients, presentation, and delivery with personalized customer service. We are environmentally conscious and dedicated to comfortable relationships with our employees, suppliers, and customers, based on mutual respect.
