In all of the excitement, I’m so pleased that you found your way here. Let me tell you a little bit about my Calgary engagement photography. I’ve photographed couples strolling on Stephen Avenue, inside the new Central Library and on the emerald shores of Lake Louise. Here in Calgary, we’re fortunate to have the Rocky Mountains at our front door therefore the possibilities are endless.

5 Tips for planning your engagement session
First of all, focus on each other and all of the reasons that you’re together. These photographs should reflect who you are as a couple.
Be the best version of yourselves. As you plan what to wear, don’t be afraid to dress it up. It will make the experience more special.
Brides, I highly recommend having your hair and make-up done professionally on the day of the shoot, even if you prefer a more natural look.
Get a manicure and have your ring cleaned. You’ll want to show off your engagement ring in photographs.
Finally, a tip from a past bride..."don’t forget to brush your teeth”. You’ll feel more confident smiling and kissing big.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH PROPOSALS?
Sure do. I kicked off 2019 with this magical winter proposal at Lake Louise. Brendan and Katherine were visiting the Rockies from Australia. He dropped down on one knee right there on the snowy lake.
Whether you're a native Albertan or exploring our beautiful province for the first time, I do love a proposal.
HOW DO I PLAN A PROPOSAL?
I can help you find an intimate location (with a great view) and local vendor recommendations if you need them. Are you thinking you'd like to include flowers, music or a romantic picnic? I work with many talented local professionals.
CAN WE KEEP IT A SURPRISE?
Absolutely. We'll sort out the time and the place in advance so that nothing gets missed. My camera and I are very good at blending in with the tourists.
My full-day wedding packages include engagement sessions but you can also book à la carte. Reach out to the studio for Calgary engagement photography details. I would love to meet over a coffee and hear your ideas.
