Tomorrow is going to be a tough one! As the lead for The Pop-up Wedding, I HAVE to head down to Yanne Haute Patisserie for a photo shoot (aka macaron taste test). I tried my first melt-in-your-mouth macaron when I was 24 and on my first trip to Paris. It was pistachio-flavored and the palest shade of green. I’m so happy that macarons (not to be mistaken for the macaroon) have made a bold entrance into the wedding world. Here Canadian Living demystifies this delightful French confection.
Read all about my visit to Yanne Haute Patisserie on the blog Friday. The Pop-up Wedding will take place April 13th at Kensington Riverside Inn. Don’t miss it.
