I’m very excited today to make a big announcement.  Kensington Riverside Inn and wedding photographer Tara Whittaker (me), are partnering on THE POP-UP WEDDING.  The Pop-up Wedding will give Calgary brides a behind-the-scenes glimpse at a real wedding.  That’s right, a real wedding with everything from a ceremony to the first dance.  Guests will witness enduring romance, inspiring design & select wedding professionals doing what they do best.  Our couple, Carolyn and Ryan, will renew their vows in the exquisite setting of the Kensington Riverside Inn, with the most unique of guests, Calgary Couples themselves.

Today’s bride is accustomed to the instant results that technology provides and the gratification of reality television.  Our intention is to provide brides with a “bird’s eye view” of a real wedding?  We have gathered a team of select wedding vendors with a penchant for luxury to make The Pop-up Wedding beautiful and authentic.  It’s a unique opportunity for Calgary Brides and Grooms to see these wedding professionals in action.

The event will take place Sunday April 13th at 3:00pm at Kensington Riverside Inn.  The Inn is located at 1126 Memorial Drive NW, Calgary.  Complimentary tickets are available to Brides & Grooms by calling the Kensington Riverside Inn at 403-228-4442.  Reservations are required.
