Wow, it’s been an amazing week! I’m part of a little, powerhouse collective called A Spoonful of Vintage and on Sunday we hosted Vintage Wedding Showcase. I hope you had a chance to stop by for some vintage inspiration. I had my “Play Station” set up vintage-style and and may I say, there are some crazy, fun brides out there. It was a blast!
The event would not have been such a success without our team of incredible volunteers and supporters. A few of them popped into my “Play Station” at the event and I want to give them a big THANK YOU!!!
Say hello to our handsome “Grooms”, Chuck and Jonathan, who escorted our models down the white carpet dressed in tuxes from Cameo & Cufflinks. Well done gents!
Hugs to Maddie who was my assistant and fellow “Pink Lady” that day! Wasn’t she fantastic?
The lovely Sarah Mayerson
Ania Basak of Fashion Calgary. Thanks for your support with promoting the event and to Rafal for photographing it.
Many thanks to Lisa from Calgary Bride for her support from Day 1.
Snaps to Shea Brown of The Hair Studio in Okotoks, our make-up artist for the fashion show.
Hanging out with Sarah Mayerson and Colleen from Blush Vintage Rentals.
How about those moves from Robin and Matthew of Toe Tappin’ Swing?
Kudos to Tara Watts on the amazing hair styling for the fashion show.
Much appreciation to Anne and her girls who greeted each bride as they entered the show. Catch her in action in the highlight video.
Thanks from all of us at A Spoonful of Vintage!
