I know I’ve said it on my website before but I really believe that your wedding photos form part of your legacy. Lately I’ve been inspired by the vintage weddings posted on the BHLDN website and the vintage photos on The Sartorialist. So when my Mom told me she came across some old (and some not-so-old) wedding photos during her spring cleaning, I couldn’t wait to see them. First of all, it was fun to see the bridal fashion of the day and secondly, it cemented for me how important it is to invest in great wedding photography. I love that these photos have been and will continue to be passed on for generations. I thought it would be fun to share some of these treasures so I’m going to do a small series which I’m calling, “Your Legacy”. First up, my Mom on her wedding day in Calgary in 1967.
