Have you ever had a secret that you were bursting to tell everyone but you couldn’t? That’s how I feel about the current issue of Luxe by Calgary Bride, Calgary’s latest bridal publication. I’m so pleased to have been a Calgary Wedding Photographer for Luxe, with features in this beautiful magazine, including “Escape” (p 236-242). For me this shoot began with a conversation with Sora from Frocks. Knowing my love for bridal fashions, Sora told me about the Kensington – a dreamy, ballgown skirt with layers of blush and champagne, by Carol Hannah. In her own words, Carol Hannah is known for whimsical gowns with fluid movement, innovative textile combinations, and unique handwork and detailing. The Kensington gown is certainly no exception.
