So you’ve probably noticed that I’ve been posting blog features on all of the wonderful vendors that are part of The Pop-up Wedding team?  Well today it’s my turn, and because I feel a little strange about tooting my own horn, I’ve turned the blog reigns over to our Pop-up Groom, Ryan.

Tara was first recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for our first family photo-shoot to celebrate our second daughter’s first birthday. We were looking for something fresh and new. We had already done some of those “old school” studio photo shoots but it was not capturing our family the way we wanted it to.

    

The great thing about working with Tara is that it was as important to her as it was to us to capture our family in an authentic manner and how we truly are. But beyond all that… she is FUN to work with! She is always patient with our children and us and goes above and beyond to make sure that it never seems like to shoot is “work”… it always feels natural and engaging.

Since that first photo shoot was beyond our wildest expectations, we have never used another photographer since for our family photos! Tara captures us as who we are. We trust her professional direction and her keen eye for capturing gorgeous moments. Every shoot we have with Tara is joy and not a struggle to “get that one shot”. We know and trust her abilities that there will always be a plethora of options to choose from. She is a consummate professional and a highly-talented artist.
